Lockers, tents, flashlights, umbrellas and a wide selection of board games are available to all hostel guests free of charge (only deposit). Very high-speed Internet costs $4.50/hour.
We do free bus runs to town in the morning and in the afternoon, even though the main street of Nimbin is only a fifteen-minute walk from the hostel :)
Note: Prices and availability of accommodation are subject to change, especially during Christmas and Mardi Grass. Check the updated prices below, and contact us to make a booking (we require credit card details, but no booking charges are made).
There are 3 varieties of dorm accommodation available in the hostel: 4-share, 8-share and 9-share.

There is an en-suite bathroom attached to the largest dorm, which is fully wheelchair-accessible.

Our camp site looks over the magical countryside of Nimbin with its impressive trees and paddocks roamed by kangaroos. Star-lit camping with a view of the Blue Knob mountain on one side and Nimbin town on the other is a must-try experience.

Campers have full access to all hostel facilities as well as the swimming pool.
The van site is located next to the camping grounds, separated from the road and the main parking lot to increase privacy.

The tipi (tee-pee) is a conical tent, made popular by Native Americans of the Great Plains, who traditionally built their tipis from animal skins.
Well, ours is made with canvas instead, it has mattresses, indoor and outdoor lights, power plugs, heating and a fan. Enjoy the stunning views without compromising your comfort!

Note: The tipi works like a dorm room with 4 beds - each bed is rented out separately. However, if you are a group of three, we will not book anyone else in, so you can have it just for yourselves.
Our rectangular canvas lodges are equipped with lights, fans, power plugs and the essential mosquito nets. Sleep in a real bed and still enjoy the incredible sounds of Australian nature while staying in these spacious (yet cozy and safe) permanent tents.

The double room is attached to the main hostel building, and has a view of the Nimbin Rocks. It is accessed independently from the outside, giving the guests extra privacy.

The queen room, located inside the main house, has the largest bed and provides a great deal of security and privacy.

The triple room accommodates three guests - a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single at the top. Ideal for a couple with a kid, or a group of three, looking for that extra bit of comfort and a lockable door.

Our yurt-styled canvas lodge is the ultimate combination of style and comfort; lovely views and complete privacy.

The yurt looks over the misty valleys and the romantic fire pit, yet it is so close to the swimming pool and the kitchen that it becomes the ultimate private room.

Powered by solar energy, your comfort is ensured with inside lights, mosquito nets and a fan or heater.

The 'orchard' is our most lovely type of accommodation. With all the advantages of a secluded cabin, and still the comfort of a massive queen bed, this one is the winner!

The orchard runs on solar power and is situated in the quietest part of the hostel, so that nothing disturbs your peaceful breakfast with the wallabies.

If the mood is right, however, the orchard can also be quite a happening place, separated from the main rush of the hostel.
